There is really no one story which describes the Arc of Missouri, or individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. Each story reflects its own challenges, its own solutions, and its own triumphs. Too often, the triumphs are momentary, and new challenges develop requiring new solutions.

The Arc of Missouri recognizes that we all need one another, and that our greatest resource is one another. It is our hope that the stories in this section can both inspire and motivate individuals and their families as they strive to improve the quality of life for everyone.
